Angelica Joni Massamillo pka Angelica Joni at 19, is a gifted voice who is well versed in reading music, songwriting, piano, and acting. Some of of her hobbies include horseback riding, scuba diving, and gymnastics. She also enjoys such sports as ice skating, basketball, and boxing. She has personally received letters and commendation for her unceasing work for charitable organizations, fundraisers and taking a personal interest in the career of a close friend, Larry Oliveri who has Autism, performing live duets with him to standing ovations! Angelica's love for music and passion for community service has shaped her way of viewing the world around her and what is really important. She knows nothing in life is guaranteed and your life can be changed in a blink of an eye.
She has participated in and performed for the YMCA of Staten Island, NY for their Harvest Ball as the featured vocalist, 911 Police Aid Foundation Fundraiser as a featured vocalist, and the Diabetes Insulin Fund televised fundraiser as the solo vocalist. She is blessed with a gift - the gift of vocal talent. With it she has traveled and enjoyed the company of many individuals whose lives will be forever impacted by their meeting and developing lasting relationships. When it comes to philanthropic activities she understands it is all about volunteering her time and seeing that it truly benefits others. Her soul is giving and her voice is melodic.
When she was 8 years old her mother noticed something special about her voice and she hasn't sat still since! She immediately enrolled her in voice classes, acting classes and auditioned her many, many times for roles. Reflecting on the situation, she truly appreciates all that she has learned. She has been accepted into the Performing Arts Institute where she has continued to develop her voice and has also enrolled in business courses so she can be well rounded. When Angelica looks back on her life she wants to have no regrets.
She has entered several competitions such as the New Jersey 101.5 Big Joe Henry Point Pleasant contest and the QSAC singing competition in Times Square. Angelica has participated in many productions and television shows within the entertainment industry including Old Navy, JC Penney, commercials as well as Law & Order SVU, Fame the Movie, Gossip Girl's principle singing role, Guys & Dolls, The Music Man, and many others. Yes, when Angelica looks back on her life there will be no regrets!
